2025 Lease Agreements Deadline

This is a notice for all Band Members living on the reserve

Lease Agreements needed to be filled out before the end of fiscal year, April 2024 – March 2025.

If you have already filled out the Lease Agreement for this fiscal year, then please disregard this notice.

Housing is extending the deadline for Lease Agreement renewals. Tenants of the First Nation will have until the end of April 2025 to renew their Lease Agreement. Please come into the band office as soon as possible and fill out an updated Lease Agreement with the Housing Department.

Should you fail to update your Lease Agreement before the end of the month, April 30, 2025, no maintenance requests will be acknowledged, no renovations will be considered, and Housing will no longer provide services for the unit.

This will continue until such time as an updated Lease Agreement is signed. Housing will still take emergency calls for water leaks and furnace outages during snow fall/low temperatures, regardless of the Lease Agreement.
