Canada Post Strike Info 2024

As of mid-night last night, the Canadian Postal Workers Union went on a nationwide strike.

How it impacts Cowessess First Nation:
– There will be no truck deliveries.
– Over-the-counter mail and parcels will not be accepted.
– Mail will not be processed until further notice.
– Out-door drop boxes can be used and are emptied, stored, and dated daily.
– Manual out-going mail (within the same branch) can be done.
